How to Earn Those 'Double Unders'
In today's fitness skills episode, James takes us through a step-by-step guide on how to achieve those elusive 'Double Unders' (i.e. two passes of a rope in one jump) - one of the staple moves in many Crossfit workouts, but also a great way to burn extra calories!
Tips include:
- Finding a decent rope and ensuring correct length
- Fixing your current Single Unders
- Tweaking your body position (to prep for Double Unders!)
- Working on rhythm and timing.
